Dr. Merry Lee


Merry is the original developer of the company’s core technology during her Ph.D. studies under the supervision of Professor Hyungmo Jeong, CEO of Lithiway. Her research focuses on surface modification through chemical reactions with functional materials and the degradation of battery cathode materials due to electrochemical reaction mechanism.

Prior to that, she worked as a researcher for Nano Mechanics, Korea Institute of Machinery & Materials(KIMM).

She received both of her Ph.D. and B.S. degrees in Advanced Materials Science & Engineering from Sungkyunkwan University, Korea.
